Sometimes life presents challenges that feel overwhelming and painful. I love watching hope and healing emerge as individuals and couples move through sex/porn addiction related issues and betrayal trauma. I am a certified sexual addiction therapist and trained in betrayal trauma. I have a passion in helping others connect with their true selves and create deeper bonding in their relationships. My approach is kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I also use Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR to help heal from childhood and other trauma.
