The Networker is AMCAP’s newsletter and focuses on the latest findings, research and issues facing faith-based counselors as they address timely and controversial topics with their clients. AMCAP members can also access all past issues of the Networker, in our Newsletter archives.
Issues in Religion and Psychotherapy is the official journal of AMCAP – to which, members are invited to submit papers. Since 1975, this peer-reviewed journal has been a resource for AMCAP members and others interested in mental health insights, research, and techniques consistent with Latter-Day Saint doctrine.
AMCAP members are permitted to submit topics and materials for approval, as presentations at the annual convention in Salt Lake City. If approved, you will have the opportunity to present your latest research, techniques, skills and expertise.
AMCAP members receive a discount on registration fees for the annual convention and other live events held throughout the year. The AMCAP convention is held in Salt Lake City and presents news, positions, research, treatments and training that reflect the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Presenters include; General Authorities, guest professionals, AMCAP leaders and select AMCAP members.

Your AMCAP membership fee includes access to online CEU’s. You can click HERE for current class listings. We hope to be adding more in the near future.
