I love walking with families through challenging stages and experiences. I focus on relationship issues, infidelity, trauma, depression, anxiety, body positivity, infertility, postpartum issues, parenthood transitions, and the challenges of family life. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, trained in maternal mental health, and have a certificate in Child and Adolescent well-being. My therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, SFT, play therapy, Gottman Level 2, Advanced Training in Perinatal/Postpartum mental health with PSI, and trauma-informed care.
