If there was a silver lining that emerged from the pandemic, it was legitimizing the value of telehealth in meeting the needs of those struggling with a variety of mental health and therapeutic concerns.  I have been working with clients in the Salt Lakc County and Davis County area who are in a variety of situations, bravely addressing their mental health needs to build a better life for themselves, through virtual visits for the past 4 years.  Prior to that, I had my own brick and mortal agency in St. George, Utah.

I am a trauma-informed therapist and work with individuals who may not otherwise be willing or able to step into an agency.  In the privacy of your own space, we can work through concerns and build your toolkit to manage emotions, increase positive relationships and deal with the bumps in the road that happen to all of us.

I am a client-centered clinician and am specially trained in EMDR, CBT and DBT therapies and my hope is to build a safe, trusting relationship with my clients.

I am currently cash only, and will soon be offering HMHI-BHN University Campus/Hospital Mental Health insurance and will be adding more contracts in the future.
