Kendal Allsop, LCSW-S

Kendal is an independent LDS-based Mental Health Therapist with 30 years of experience. He believes everyone deserves contentment with themselves and their family life.  He holds firm respect for the client's faith and core values, and with the right Mental Health tools and skills so they can better achieve their goals for a happier, healthier life.   He is currently licensed in Texas, Utah, and Idaho, with more to follow.

Kendal's expertise in relationships sets him apart within the family, at work, or wherever there is a need for better communication, conflict resolution, and developing skills to help one's life become more fulfilled.

He also specializes in helping those with Depression and Anxiety or those who are living with a loved one who is dealing with these diseases.

As the Director of LifeStar Houston, Kendal is a respected leader who leads a team that helps clients overcome behavioral addictions, specifically pornography.

Over the last twenty years, he has become a frequent speaker on many subjects, including personal developmental and mental health issues. He continues demonstrating his commitment to community service by helping his community, joining his classes, and learning skills for successful personal and professional relationships.

Kendal holds a master's in Administration and Clinical Social Work from the University of Utah and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He enjoys spending time with his family.
