| I believe that we are all trying to do our best and at times we may get stuck on our journey through life. We all have an innately good core-self. Sometimes we need a little more help connecting with that core-self. I am passionate about guiding people in breaking the cycles that hold us back. I do that by taking a holistic approach in which I believe our spirituality to be a vital component to who we are and our general health. In my office, you will find a safe, understanding, and empathetic environment. I work to give you tools to manage current stressors, as well as guiding you to explore the deeper root of the problem to create lasting change. A few of my specialties include relationship therapy, trauma, and behavioral addictions. | |||
I use an evidence based approach to help individuals, couples, and families achieve their goals. I completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Institute's Couple Therapy Method, where I was trained in some of the best research-based therapy for helping couples. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is effective in working with trauma, anxiety and other mental health related issues for individuals.
In my personal life, I love to read, be active, and do just about anything outside. One of my greatest passions is building a strong relationship with my wife and spending time with our family.
