As both a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Licensed Clinical and Health Psychologist, I bring a relatively rare combination of skills and ways of thinking about problems to the therapy process. I am keenly interested in helping you feel better both emotionally and physically as well as helping you be successful in the relationships that matter most to you. My goal is to provide seamless care so that, as your doctor who knows you best, through therapy, I'm also managing the medications that are part of our collaborative treatment plan.
