I am a Licensed Psychologist and Southern Utah local. I'm licensed in Utah and have an Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate (IPC) that enables me to provide telehealth in 42 states. I started working with youth programs in 2002 and have been providing professional counseling since 2011. I have a Master's in Counseling and Guidance and a PhD in Counseling Psychology, both from New Mexico State University. I completed further specialized predoctoral and postdoctoral training at the University of Utah's Neuropsychiatric Institute. I have worked in public schools, private schools, in-patient, outpatient, residential care, autism-focused treatment, and primary care settings. I specialize in psychological evaluations of children and youth, especially concerning autism and other forms of neurodiversity. I also specialize in counseling and therapy with neurodiverse youth, young adults, and their families, as well as neurodiverse couples. I am trained in specialized treatments for OCD (ERP), reducing difficult behaviors in young children (PCIT), and social skills training for adolescents and young adults (PEERS).
