I am an LCSW in the state of Arizona (MSW from Catholic University in Individual Clinical Practice). I have been practicing clinically for over 20 years, first with LDS Family Services (Maryland, DC, Albuquerque and Mesa offices), and for the past five years in private practice. I have been training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples over the past few years, as well as utilizing the temperment paradigm in treating individuals, families, teens, and addicts. It has been very effective in reframing experiences, reducing shame, and giving clients a map to see a way to a more stable mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and social functionality. I love what I do! I have facility in French and Mandarin Chinese as well.
