I am a very experienced psychotherapist with over 30 years of clinical experience.  I do not run a business, I am in private practice and am not focused on making a profit.  I am in network with most Insurance providers.  I do and have done the work I do out a personal spiritual value offering help to those that suffer.
I respect individual agency and provide care with unconditional regard and without judgment.  My theoretical base is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focus Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.  I welcome inquiries, please text instead of email for a more expedient response.  Sessions thru telemedicine are HIPAA compliant.
