Individual therapy provides all the things you are looking for. A safe space for you to talk openly. A supportive and compassionate guide who will help you feel heard and understood. A path forward that empowers you to let go of the things that hold you back and embrace the healing and growth you are ready for.
I view counseling as a collaborative process and I provide telehealth for individuals in Arizona and Virginia. You are the expert on you and your situation, and I have the experience and tools to help you make changes and find healing. I bring a warm empathy and respect to the work we do together. My work is trauma-informed, and my training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I work from a strengths-based perspective, helping you identify and use your innate strengths as you increase your ability to overcome obstacles and create new patterns. I will also help you develop positive coping skills and improve your menta and emotional well-being. Whatever your goal may be, our work together will help you feel more confident, healthy, and whole.
