Call for Presentation Proposals
The AMCAP Board is committed to producing educational conferences of the highest caliber. We invite you to join us in delivering a learning experience that advances the education and field of counseling professionals while bringing to light the truths found in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ gospel principles.
We are now accepting presentation proposals for Thursday and Friday, September 28-29th. (Similar to last year, an intensive day-long workshop with multiple speakers, will take the place of our break-out sessions on Thursday, September 28th)
We encourage research-based, innovative and creative presentations that help counseling professionals gain skills and knowledge. This year, the convention theme will be based around the ideas of strengthening connections in marriage and family relationships. Although we welcome presentations on any topic related to mental health within the context of the convention theme, we are particularly interested in ones that support our yearly theme.
The deadline to submit your proposal is
Wednesday April 12, 2023.
*Please note the addition of a quiz as part of the submission. Your proposal will NOT be accepted if it does not include a quiz.
All submissions must use the provided proposal form. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Submit proposals in Word format to amcapsecretary@gmail.com.
