Welcome to Ridge Creek Therapy! Sometimes we struggle and need someone to help support us through the things in life that are taking a toll. Life can be messy, complicated, sad, frustrating, happy, and overwhelming. I use aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Whatever it is that you are facing, talking with someone, gaining tools, and having support is a nearly guaranteed to help you navigate through with more ease- whether it be a big or small thing in your life. We will work to identify your strengths and build your skills in a safe, non-judgmental, relaxed and welcoming environment. I aim to help you shift your perspective, build healthy relationships, challenge faulty core beliefs and automatic negative thoughts, discover your strengths, and work towards a healthier and more fulfilled you.
