I will help you arrive at your goals of fostering healthy relationships and healing from trauma, anxiety and depression. I have been trained in Lifespan Integration therapy, Level One. You will find this unique form of therapy gentle and effective. I have also received training in EMDR, an efficient and effective treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety and some common relationship problems.
I also collaborate with Amy Johnson, RYT, for a holistic experience to healing. Amy is a registered yoga instructor who offers a variety of yoga methods such as restorative, vinyasa, meditation, breath practices, chakra based sequences, trauma sensitive and restorative partner yoga (RPY). You will find that the option of adding yoga to your experience will deepen the healing effects of therapy. Together, Amy and I offer trauma support groups for mind and body healing.
