Hey, I have knowledge and experience that I want to use to help you through your issues.  I have helped adults with depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I am a great listener and can provide you with insightful feedback and strategies to help you achieve your mental goals. I would like to help adult and senior men and woman.

A bit about my approach to therapy: I want to empower you with the tools to help you deal with your issues. I will listen to your story and give you feedback as well as work together towards a solution. I am a positive person and will give you the hope that things can be better and will be better. I use talk therapy, mindfulness, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping). I take an eclectic approach to therapy by using things that work best for you.

What to expect from your 1st session with me: Increased insight and tools to help you to cope with the issues that you are experiencing. A positive feeling about yourself and what the future can hold for you.

I only take Illinois residents. Here is a list of instances that I accept: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare.
