Rebecca is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a license in both California and Colorado, and has been practicing for over 15 years. She completed her undergraduate work in Psychology at Brigham Young University and her graduate work in Marriage and Family Therapy at Loma Linda University. Early in her career she worked extensively with high-risk populations and chronically mentally ill in both English and Spanish, and worked with Pasadena Mental Health Center as director of intakes and director of the Pasadena First Offender Program. She opened up her private practice in Los Angeles in 2003.
Currently Rebecca practices as the founder and clinical director of Thrive Relational Recovery, a psychotherapy clinic that provides highest quality services to individuals (adults and children), couples and families. Rebecca is passionate about integrating principles of psychology with gospel truths, and helping her clients find healing through Christ. She has certifications in sex addiction, partner's recovery and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). She is a devoted wife and mother of 3 and served an LDS mission in Brazil.
