Jen brings a wealth of life experience in addition to her clinical training as it supports her natural passion to be an advocate of healing for those who have difficult life challenges. She facilitates healing and growth with clients through creating a safe, nurturing environment to explore and discover healthy perceptions of self and relationships, so they can come to know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe. Many clients and associates genuinely comment on her presence being warm, inviting, calming, and uplifting.
Jen enjoys working with various clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a mother of 8, she specializes in parenting challenges, family dynamics, and relationships of all kinds. She is skilled in teaching and executing healthy boundaries, with an added measure of care for sensitive and hurting individuals. She has experience working with teens and adults burdened with an injured self-image. Jen has various trainings and specializations including intensive training in complex and developmental trauma and is a NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) therapist, Master Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART), Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and is trained in Gottmans therapy. She also has extensive experience working with anxiety and depressive disorders,
Jen completed her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University.
