I use techniques that get to the bottom of the issue quickly. See side panel for types of therapy. I use a lot of EMDR, Brainspotting, and EFT to help clear mental blocks.

I also help to enhance your intuition so you can problem solve on your own. It takes practice but it's possible! Video telehealth sessions are available too if paying out of pocket. (Insurance does not cover it.)
