When our lives feel heavy with pain, there is opportunity for healing and growth. My goal is to earn your trust through creating and providing a non-judgmental, supportive, safe space to explore where you are stuck. I am committed to helping you navigate and deepen your relationships with others and yourself.

I believe in my client’s ability to work towards a more balanced, connected, fulfilled life with the right tools and guidance. After assessing my clients, I take an individualized approach in sessions. That means I utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques depending on the client’s needs. Some of these include Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR,  and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. As a Licensed Associate Therapist, I am trained to work with couples, families, and individuals. Prior to becoming a therapist, I taught children and adolescents for 16 years.

I love learning, laughing, growing through life. I enjoy helping others find peace and live their best life. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 25 years and our six children.
