I recognize that life and relationships can be complex and I have a passion for helping those who wish to ‘hang on’ to what is working in their relationships while developing new skills to successfully maneuver through the various challenges and transitions life can present.
My clients can feel respected while I work with them collaboratively in developing and progressing towards personal, couple, and family goals which can lead to greater life satisfaction and enduring relationships.
I have a B.S degree in Family and Human Development and a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have been seeing clients since 2009, and have received additional training in couple’s therapy techniques through the Gottman Institute with Dr’s. John Gottman, and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, with Dr. Susan Johnson. I also have taught undergraduate students at Arizona State University in Family & Human Development and Psychology courses.
