I am one of those people that didn't really believe in counseling so, back in the 90's when I went to medical school, psychiatry was not on my list of specialties. However, over the years, I realized that a healthy mind is as important as a healthy body. Because of this, I went back to school to become a professional counselor. Currently I see clients about 20 hours a week during late afternoons and evenings (and as-requested Saturdays) and I am a university professor of pathophysiology during the day. I do not write prescriptions but I am happy to work with your primary care physician for your pharmaceutical needs. I practice at Lifeline Professional Counseling in Chandler AZ.
