Christine Holding

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and I specialize in helping couples in crisis heal past wounds and rebuild strong and loving relationships. I am the owner of The EFT Clinic and Sunlight Family Therapy in Salt Lake City, UT. I am certified Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and teach other therapists this effective model of therapy. Before opening her clinic in Millcreek, UT, Christine worked at Gallatin Mental Health Crisis Center, Bozeman, MT, Community Health Partners, West Yellowstone, MT, Suncrest Counseling, Draper, UT, and Wasatch Family Therapy, Cottonwood Heights, UT. She has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Lifespan Integration (LI) for treating trauma. Christine started her career as a human resource manager and corporate trainer for Host Marriott and Little America Hotel Company. She performed with the Brigham Young University World Dancers and has performed for audiences around the globe. She was honored to be a member of the choreography team for the 2002 Winter Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies and to instruct for the Ballet West Educational Outreach Program. Her greatest joy is spending time with her husband, Stephen, and their six children preferably on top of a mountain.
